We guarantee our merchandise to be free from manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Return Policy
All sales are final, excluding damaged/incorrect merchandise upon arrival.

Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first e-mail us at customersupport@shopstoneheritage.com to alert us of the issue. We will then work with you to correct the issue if the product is still available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price and shipping of your item.

All shipments are sent fully insured. Inspect all shipments upon arrival. Report any losses or damages immediately by e-mailing us at customersupport@shopstoneheritage.com

Lost or Stolen Packages
Shop Stone Heritage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Shop Stone Heritage will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
