General

All orders will be received during our normal business hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Upon receipt, orders will process and ship within three (3) business days. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification that will include tracking information.
The following B&Bs carry some of their products on site: The Lang House and Lincoln Way Inn.
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the U.S.
The amount of sales tax charged depends upon factors, including but not limited to the type of item purchased, the shipping warehouse location, and the destination of the shipment.

If an item is subject to sales tax in a state or province to which it is shipped, tax is calculated by using its total selling price.

The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local (or provincial) rate for the address to where your order is being shipped. Therefore, the sales tax rate applied to your order may differ from an order shipped to your home address than for the same order to be shipped to a different address.
The shipping cost is calculated by using both the pre-calculated weight of your order and the chosen delivery method.
For regular delivery, please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for items to arrive. All deliveries are made Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
